What customers are saying

I had such a wonderful experience with Puget sound moving in Bellevue! My contact persons were so helpful and kind, and the movers were fantastic! The movers were very thorough, very fast and efficient.

The office is very responsive on the phone and text for estimates, scheduling and answering questions--no phone answering services or web forms to general email addresses! The movers arrived on time, were polite, careful and efficient. Nothing was broken and our job came in at the estimate.

Ozzie and his crew were amazing to work with. Efficient, careful with my things, and carried a positive attitude with great conversations throughout the move. They never made any assumptions and got my new place setup exactly as I asked.

They show up on time or early, they’re fast and friendly, and super careful with your stuff. We have used PS Moving twice and both times not a single thing was broken when we unpacked.

Thomas and Josh who performed my move were really great! They were very friendly and took great care of our items. I highly recommend them.

Getting the estimate, setting up the appointment were very easy, and the final bill was less than the estimate which was nice. The morning of the move, the crew showed up on time and got started right away… we were done in half a day.

Fast and efficient! The whole thing was done in about 2 hours including the 20 minute drive between my studio apartment and the town house I moved in to. Everything arrived safely and undamaged. Once they were finished the final charges were spot on the original estimate.

Puget Sound Moving helped us relocate from Sammamish, WA to Scottsdale, AZ… Packers showed up on time and made quick work of our house in 2 days. The guys came to load the trucks the following day and had it loaded and ready ahead of schedule… we began packing a 4,000 sq ft, family of 5, house on Monday and had everything delivered and unloaded by a little after noon on Sunday of the same week!

Puget Sound moving & storage did such an amazing job in our move to California and also when we moved back to Washington. Their team is highly professional and efficient, and took great care of our goods.

I could not be more pleased with my recent move from the Seattle area to Orange County in Southern California. Puget Sound Moving was extremely professional, responsive, and responsible in all respects, from my initial telephone contact through final delivery, unpacking, and placement.

I’m really pleased with the job Puget Sound Movers did moving me off Orcas Island to central Oregon. The crew took great care of my stuff, were friendly, professional, and efficient.

In the past, I’ve had items damaged, broken… so I’m always a bit skeptical whenever I have to hire movers… Antonio, and Carlos… took great care in my belongings and did a fantastic job in protecting my belongings, especially my wooden cabinets.

We had a mix up with our building’s elevator reservation and it could have been very stressful. But Kevin, Louise, and Ozzie were so patient and they had such great attitudes that the move went smoothly.

Unloading into my new place was even faster despite a miniscule elevator and painfully narrow hallways. They even got my 7-foot couch around multiple narrow 90 degree bends and into my new apartment when it appeared impossible.

They packed up my whole tiny apartment and moved EVERYTHING into my new one and even went so far as to disassemble and reassemble everything for me!

They had the whole contents of large furniture items, table, chairs, bed etc from a 1 bedroom condo loaded in under 2.5 hours. All items were meticulously wrapped in moving blankets and handled with the utmost care.

Moving our son to his first apartment couldn’t have been easier! Tami’s quote was accurate, everyone was on time and communicating with us, Josh and Pedro during the move gave us lots of moving tips and were careful and efficient.

The crew was positive and energetic and worked quickly, and the office staff was supportive and responsive. I chose this company because it was the only one that offered two trucks for my 4-bedroom house, and we absolutely needed them both.

The crew were rockstars, diligently wrapping all the furniture items, disassembling where needed, and handling all of the stairs like pros. At the new place, we had a steep driveway and lots of stairs up to the front door. No problem, they got it all moved in no time.

Best movers I’ve ever used. They were especially careful not to damage the walls in narrow hallways and stairways. They covered the main walkways… and left my home clean.

The crew that moved us out of our house was excellent. They completed everything quickly and made sure to be careful with walls and delicate furniture.

Used Puget Sound moving for a commercial office and warehouse move. They were incredible, hard working, and professional! In only 3 days they had a 14k sq ft building relocated.

I have used Puget Sound Moving twice now. Once for my home and once for my office… The crew who moved my office went above and beyond moving all my very heavy furniture and file cabinets up a tricky flight of stairs.

The team who moved our equipment and office supplies were not only fast but also careful with our items. While our move was challenging, our experience with PSM was a huge breath of fresh air in the midst of chaos.

Team was great helping us with our office move. Very quick and efficient.

We hired them to pack up a 1400 square-foot townhome. They sent three ladies that knew exactly what they were doing and were in and out in four hours time.

We had four ladies help us pack the day before the move and then we had Antonio and Carlos move us. All of them were a joy to work with and worked super hard and fast, and were very accommodating!

Packers were on time, thorough and fast! Moving crew was great as well! Even picked up my new chair from Pottery Barn.

The team was amazing from start to finish. They were professional, caring and made the moving process worry free for my move. The father and son team assisting my move did an amazing job. Everything was boxed professionally wrapped and moved with care.

I hired Puget Sound Moving to help clear out a family member’s assisted living apartment on about a week’s notice. Tami was very helpful in fitting me in, and the movers were on time (actually slightly early!).

So very helpful and fast. I loved how gently the handled my belongs. Have some beloved antiques and they came thru great!

Our favorite movers! We have moved 8 times and we had our share of difficulties except when we were moved by Puget Sound. They were efficient, professional, let us know if there were breakages with an apology. They were fantastic!

Quick, efficient and communicative. Did a great job moving furniture and large items with no damage. Very pleased with move.

Ozzy and his crew were wonderful during our recent move. They were on time, worked hard, had great attitudes, and made the whole process easy… I honestly didn’t know moving could be this painless.

Fair prices and excellent service. Process was easy. Tami made scheduling the move quick and easy while being thorough.

Excellent communication and very accommodating when my timeline changed. The movers were courteous, careful, and efficient.

The movers were wonderful...so polite and accommodating. Very efficient works, always very careful with the furniture. This was a hard job, down 4 flights of stairs with heavy furniture.

Antonio and crew were prompt, prepared and professional… The crew verified the placement of every box and piece of furniture. They even helped us solve an issue which happened during the last move we had made. Who knew the previous movers had placed a screw in the dining table making it impossible to extend?

Fast, efficient, punctual. Our belongings were carefully handled.

Movers were professional, helpful and final price was within my expectations.

This is the second time that I have used Puget Sound Moving. The first was an out of state move and this time was an in-state move… They wrapped and packed a three bedroom townhouse with garage, fully loaded by the way, in around three hours… They used moving blankets, cardboard around edges, shrink wrap, etc.

The guys they sent were in and out super quick. Nothing broke, piano moved along with the rest of our stuff for a 150+ mile move. Also far less expensive than I’d expected, especially after getting a few quotes.

We were thoroughly satisfied with everything — from the prompt service to the expert craftsmanship. The work was completed flawlessly, without any damage to our furniture.

The whole process of getting an estimate and scheduling was very easy. The guys were super professional and did such a great job moving all of my stuff (2 trucks worth) safely to my new house.

Once they got to my new home they put all the stuff in the right rooms and took the time to stack boxes so I could access them.

Zo and his team were wonderful! Fast, efficient, and friendly! I highly recommend them!

Excellent service courteous and efficient for both packing and moving teams.

these 3 guys were professionals… shrink wrap everything that could possibly have a wiggle in it

They arrived on time and ready to work. They are efficient, polite and are priced very well. They should always be your first call!

Big thanks to Ozzy and his crew. These guy were great. Showed up on time, got to work right away, and got it done quick. Super professional and took very good care of all my belongings.

Second time working with Puget Sound Moving and if I ever have the misfortune of having to move again I would hire these guys in a New York minute... They are so efficient, fast, and so kind and professional.

Tami and Puget Sound Moving, Inc. were a pleasure to work with. They were professional, competent and courteous. Would recommend them to anyone needing help moving!
